RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
You have the right to return all or part of the order within 15 working days from the date you received it. When we receive your parcel, you will receive a text message (sms) with the balance of your account. The amount will be available to place new orders or to request a refund. The product must be in perfect condition, as you received it and the special markings (tabs / barcode) have not been removed. You must include the “Return Form” that you will find in your package completed. The return will be accepted only after the approval of the company. The company does not bear any responsibility for any damage or deterioration of the products after their use and is not obliged in any case to replace them. For GREECE the return charge is Free.
